Where to get help

Rewatch lessons, check the written steps, and know exactly who to contact when something looks off.

Video coming soonThis lesson’s video is being recorded — the written steps below cover everything.

You’ve got the essentials: install, sign in, sync, dashboard, customers, catalog, and your first order. This last lesson is about the safety net.

Your first three moves

When something looks wrong, these solve most of it:

  1. Give it a connection. If a product, price, or customer looks out of date, the most common cause is simply a device that hasn’t synced recently. Get on Wi-Fi or signal for a moment and let the app catch up.
  2. Close and reopen the app. The classic, because it works.
  3. Check this Academy. Every lesson here doubles as reference material — the written steps under each video are built for a 30-second skim mid-visit, and new lessons are added as the app grows.

When you need a human

  • Account questions — sign-in trouble, a customer or product that should be in your book but isn’t, pricing that looks wrong — go to your company’s Nymble administrator. They control what’s in your catalog and who sees what.
  • App problems — something crashing or clearly misbehaving — your admin can raise it with Nymble support directly.

Reporting something well

One good message beats five vague ones. Say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — and attach a screenshot. “Submitted an order for Hillside Trading around 2pm, it still shows as pending on my device” gets fixed fast; “the app is broken” gets a follow-up question.

That’s the course. The next one to watch is Writing Orders — discounts, line notes, the barcode scanner, and everything that makes order-writing genuinely fast.
