The dashboard: your book at a glance

Read the dashboard charts, switch time periods, and use the numbers to plan your day.

Video coming soonThis lesson’s video is being recorded — the written steps below cover everything.

The dashboard is where the app opens, and it’s built to answer one question fast: how is my book doing right now? Orders, activity, and trends — before your first coffee.

What you’re looking at

  • Order activity — what’s been written and submitted recently, so you always know where yesterday ended.
  • Charts — your volume and performance over the current period, visualized so a good week (or a quiet one) is obvious at a glance.
  • Your organization — if you rep multiple organizations, the dashboard shows the one you have open; switching organizations switches the whole view.

Steps

  1. Open the app — the dashboard is home.
  2. Change the time period to reframe the numbers: a tight view for “how is this week going,” a longer one for “how is my quarter shaping up.” The charts redraw for whatever period you pick.
  3. Tap into anything that looks interesting — recent orders and activity link through to the real records, so the dashboard is a starting point, not a dead end.

Make it a habit

The dashboard earns its place in two moments: before the day starts (what’s moving, who ordered, what needs a follow-up) and before a customer visit (walk in knowing exactly where their business stands). Thirty seconds each time — the rest of the course covers what you do next.
