Browse the catalog

Move through categories and search, open a product, and check pricing and availability.

The catalog is your whole product line in your pocket — organized, searchable, and priced. Because it lives on your device, flipping through it in front of a customer is instant, with no loading between taps.

Steps

  1. Open the Catalog. Products are organized into categories, the same way your company thinks about its line.
  2. Browse by category when you’re presenting — walking a buyer through a collection top-to-bottom — or search when you already know what you’re after. Search works on names and SKUs.
  3. Open a product to see its full detail page: images, description, variants and options, pricing, and availability.
  4. Check the two numbers that matter before you promise anything: the price and the stock. Both come from your company’s live data, so you’re never quoting from a stale printed sheet.

Pricing that follows the customer

Here’s the part that makes Nymble Sales feel unfair to the competition: pricing is customer-aware. When you’re working an order for a specific account, the prices you see are that account’s prices — their contract rates and volume pricing, applied automatically. No mental math, no “let me check that discount when I’m back at my desk.”

Good to know

  • Product images make the catalog a presentation tool, not just a lookup — the Catalog & Presenting course covers showing your line beautifully, sending tear sheets, and Flipbooks.
  • If you’re standing in a stockroom with a barcode in front of you, there’s a faster way than search — the scanner, covered in the Writing Orders course.
