Nymble Admin is the command center for your whole Nymble platform. Everything your sales reps see in the field and everything your buyers see on the storefront starts here — the catalog, the pricing, the customers, the orders. Change it in Admin, and it flows out everywhere.
The six areas
The sidebar organizes the whole app into six areas, and this course walks you through each:
- Dashboard — your commerce overview: orders, volume, and trends.
- Sales — orders, invoices, open carts, customers, and forecast models.
- Catalog — products, categories, your image library, flipbooks, and company docs.
- Storefront — access requests from buyers and the website API key that powers your B2B storefront.
- Data — imports and exports, for moving product and customer data in bulk.
- Administration — users, sales reps, and platform settings.
One source of truth
The mental model that makes everything in Nymble click: Admin is where truth lives. A product edited here updates on every rep’s iPad and on your storefront. A price set here is the price everywhere. An order written anywhere lands back here, in one queue, on its way to your accounting.
That’s also why a little care matters — your edits are live edits to what customers and reps see. Don’t worry: this course ends with you making your first change safely, and nothing in between asks you to touch anything that bites.
